The PXF4AER2-FVMA1 is a Series PXF 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed, current control output, and a retransmission output. It runs on standard 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz supply and includes RS485 communication. The front panel is sized for a standard 1/16 DIN cutout, so it drops into existing panel openings without rework.
Control outputs and alarm
Control output 1 is a current output (4-20 mA typical for this class); control output 2 is a retransmission output, also current. Two alarm points are available, configurable per the North American Code programming. The 50ms sampling speed means the controller updates its output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for most thermal processes (ovens, extruders, packaging seal bars) where the time constant is seconds, not milliseconds.
