The Fuji Electric PXF4AEY2-MVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on thin-film extrusion, injection mold cavity control, or any process where a standard 100–200 ms controller would let a temperature spike pass unmeasured. The self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates PID parameters on startup, saving the integrator a manual loop-tuning session on the first bake-out.
Deployment context
The 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) panel cutout is the standard single-unit slot in most control-panel layouts — drops into the same hole as any other 1/16 DIN controller. The compact face saves panel real estate when you're stacking multiple zones on a single door.
