Controller specification and integration
The Fuji Electric PXF4APC2-FVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. The 1/16 DIN panel cutout (48 x 48mm) is a standard size for temperature controllers, fitting directly into existing panel openings without adapter plates. A 50ms sampling rate means the controller reads the input and updates the output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for most thermal processes (ovens, furnaces, extruder zones) but not for sub-second thermal events like injection mold cavity temperature.
