Controller fit and sampling speed
The PXF4APP2-0VMA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed.
The 1/16 DIN form factor is a common panel cutout, so bin replenishment for a kanban or consignment model is straightforward — this controller fits the same 48x48mm footprint as other Fuji PXF4 series units.
The 48 x 48mm 1/16 DIN cutout is standard across panel builders. Spring-cage or screw terminals on the rear accept 0.2–2.5 mm² wire; strip length of 8 mm avoids whiskers under the clamp. No DIN-rail adapter needed — the controller clips into the panel cutout with the supplied mounting bracket.
