Where it fits
The 1/16 DIN form factor (48 x 48mm panel cutout) is the standard for single-loop control in a crowded panel. It snaps into a panel cutout; the depth behind the panel is tight enough to clear most DIN-rail terminal blocks mounted on the same subpanel.
