What it is and what it does
The Fuji Electric PXF4APR2-0VVA1 is a self-tuning 1/16 DIN (48 x 48mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That sampling rate matters when you're chasing a fast-responding thermal loop — a plastic extruder barrel zone or a reflow oven profile — where a standard 100ms or 200ms controller would let the process overshoot before the PID sees the change.
Where it fits in the panel
The 1/16 DIN form factor (48 x 48mm panel cutout) is the standard footprint for a single-loop controller — it drops into the same cutout as any other 1/16 DIN unit.
