What It Is
This here PXF4ATY2-JBDA1 is a valve motor drive controller that'll drop into a 1/16 DIN panel cutout or scale up to 1/4 DIN. Samples the position every 50 ms, so it's crisp enough for a fast-acting control loop. If your valve needs a feedback signal for closed-loop positioning, there's an option for that built in.
