Integration notes
The PXF5ACE2-FVMA1: The 1/8 DIN form factor (48 x 96mm) fits standard panel cutouts — common for retrofit into legacy control panels where the existing cutout is already that size. The 50ms sampling speed is fast enough for most thermal processes (ovens, furnaces, injection molding barrels) but not for high-speed temperature cycling where a 10ms or faster controller would be needed. Self-tuning simplifies commissioning: run the autotune cycle once during startup, and the PID gains are set for that specific thermal load.
