Controller overview
The PXF5ACY2-FBHA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means it catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection molding or packaging seal bars where a standard 250 ms loop would lag behind the actual temperature.
Panel fit and integration
The 1/8 DIN cutout (45 x 92 mm per standard) fits existing panel punch patterns. At 48 x 96 mm bezel, it occupies the same footprint as most Fuji PXF-series predecessors — a direct swap into an existing cutout without rework. The 50 ms sampling supports closed-loop control on fast-reacting loads like electric heaters or small furnaces.
