What this controller is and what it does
The PXF5ACY2-MBHA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric's PXF series. It samples the process variable every 50 ms, which is fast enough for most thermal loops — plastic extrusion barrel zones, packaging seal bars, or reflow oven profiles — where a standard 100–200 ms controller would let overshoot creep in. The self-tuning algorithm sets PID gains during commissioning, so you don't need to manually calculate P, I, and D terms for each zone.
