Controller at a glance
The PXF5ACY2-MVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric, sampling at 50ms. That 50ms rate means it catches fast thermal transients — useful on a curing press where the bladder temperature can spike when the steam valve cracks open. The self-tuning algorithm learns the process response and adjusts PID gains without an operator babysitting the loop.
