Panel fit and loop speed
The PXF9ABC2-0BMA1 fits a standard 1/4 DIN panel cutout (96 x 96mm) — the same footprint as legacy Fuji PXF and most competitive 1/4 DIN controllers, so a panel re-spin is not needed when swapping into an existing hole pattern. Sampling speed is 50ms, which means the PID loop updates the output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for thermal processes like reflow ovens and injection barrel zones where the time constant is in seconds, but not intended for millisecond-scale events like pressure spikes. Self-tuning is built in — the controller auto-tunes the PID gains on startup or on demand, which saves the commissioning engineer from manual Ziegler-Nichols step tests on the line.
