50 ms sampling in a 1/4 DIN package
The PXF9ABC2-FVVA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal overshoot on injection mold barrels or extruder zones before the PID loop lags behind. At 50 ms, the controller updates the output every cycle of a 20 Hz line — that's tighter than the typical 100–200 ms scan of a general-purpose PLC analog input, so you can tune the loop without the PLC fighting the process.
