Sampling speed and loop response for thermal processes
The PXF9ABE2-MVVA1: The 50 ms sampling speed on this 1/4 DIN controller sets the minimum update interval for the PID loop — fast enough for most thermal processes like extrusion barrel zones or oven profiling, where the thermal time constant is seconds, not milliseconds. Slower sampling would introduce phase lag that the self-tuning algorithm has to compensate for.
