The PXF9ABY2-JBTA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal transients in injection molding or packaging seal bars where a standard 100 ms loop would lag. The self-tuning algorithm auto-sets PID coefficients on first run, so you skip the manual Ziegler-Nichols step during commissioning. On a multi-zone line this saves a couple hours per zone.
