The Fuji Electric PXF9ABY2-JV1A1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed. That sampling rate means the controller can detect and correct a temperature deviation within one power-line cycle at 50 Hz, keeping the process variable inside the deadband for applications like reflow oven zones, extrusion barrel heaters, or packaging seal bars where a slow loop lets scrap parts accumulate.
