The PXF9ABY2-JVGA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal overshoot in a plastic extrusion barrel or a reflow oven zone before the PID windup pushes the temperature past the setpoint. Self-tuning means the controller auto-calculates the PID coefficients on the first heat cycle, so you don't need a laptop and a tuning session at startup — just wire the thermocouple, set the setpoint, and let it settle.
