The PXF9ABY2-JVMA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — fast enough to catch thermal overshoot in injection molding nozzles or packaging seal bars where a standard 250 ms controller would let the temperature drift past the setpoint. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters on the fly during startup, so the commissioning engineer can skip manual loop tuning on most resistive or thermocouple inputs.
