Panel fit and loop speed
The PXF9ABY2-JVVA1 fills a standard 1/4 DIN cutout (96 x 96 mm) — the same footprint as every other 1/4 DIN controller on the panel, so no rework of the gland plate or DIN rail if you are swapping out an older unit. Its 50 ms sampling speed means the controller updates its PID output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for most thermal loops (plastic extruder zones, oven zones, reflow profiles) but not for sub-cycle heater control on a 60 Hz line. For a typical thermocouple input with a few hundred ms of thermal lag, the 50 ms update is well matched.
