The PXF9ACA2-FBTA1 is a self-tuning temperature and process controller in the standard 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) form factor. The 50 ms sampling speed means it catches thermal transients fast enough for injection molding barrels, extrusion zones, and furnace zones where a 100 ms controller would let the temperature overshoot past the setpoint.
The controller samples at 50 ms. For processes with fast thermal response — thin-film extrusion, small injection molding nozzles, or infrared-heated zones — the 50 ms update catches temperature changes before they overshoot, compared to the 100-200 ms typical of economy controllers.
Standard 1/4 DIN cutout is 92 x 92 mm; the bezel measures 96 x 96 mm. It fits the same panel hole as any other 1/4 DIN controller from Fuji Electric or other manufacturers, so swapping an existing unit requires no panel modification.
