50 ms sampling on a 1/4 DIN face
The PXF9ACC2-JBTA1: That sampling rate matters when the process has a short thermal time constant — injection molding nozzle zones, hot-runner manifolds, or small-bore extruder barrels where a 100 ms+ loop would overshoot on startup and hunt through the setpoint. The self-tuning algorithm maps the process reaction curve on the first heating cycle and sets PID gains without an operator running an autotune sequence. For a panel builder wiring up a multi-zone oven, this cuts commissioning time per zone to roughly one heat-soak cycle.
Lifecycle — still a current production part
The 1/4 DIN form factor (96 x 96 mm panel cutout) is a standard across Fuji's PXF series, so panel layout and bezel dimensions are consistent with other family members. No surprise footprint change mid-project.
