The PXF9ACE2-FVGA1: The 50 ms sampling speed means the controller reads the input and updates the output every 50 ms – fast enough for most thermal loops (ovens, extruders, packaging seal bars) without overshoot chasing. Self-tuning PID eliminates manual gain scheduling on startup; the controller auto-calculates P, I, D values during the first heat cycle and adjusts as the load changes. The 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) cutout is a standard panel footprint – fits the same 92 x 92 mm panel hole as every other 1/4 DIN controller, so swapping an older unit into the same bezel is a direct drop-in.
