Panel fit and process loop integration
The 1/4 DIN cutout (92 x 92 mm panel opening) is standard across the instrument panel — drops into the same hole as any 96 x 96 mm controller from Omron, Yokogawa, or Honeywell. At 50 ms sampling, the controller can drive a solid-state relay or phase-angle fired SCR directly for fast-switching heater loads; the self-tuning loop adapts to the load time constant on first run.
