The PXF9ACE2-JBTA1: A self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) temperature and process controller with a 50 ms sampling speed — that update rate catches thermal transients in fast-moving ovens, extruder barrels, and packaging seal bars before the PID integral term winds up. Self-tuning means the autotune routine sets the P, I, and D gains automatically on the first heat-up, so you don't need a loop-tuning session for every zone. The 50 ms sample window is fast enough for most electric-heat processes; for infrared or induction heating you'd want something sub-10 ms, but this covers the common resistive-load range.
