What the 50ms sampling buys you in a process loop
The PXF9ACE2-JVGA1: That 50ms sampling speed means the controller catches fast thermal transients — plastic injection mold temperature spikes, reflow oven zone dips, or exothermic reaction runaways — before the process drifts outside the control band. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID coefficients on the fly during startup, so you don't need a separate autotune cycle or manual loop tuning for each zone.
Panel cutout and DIN-rail fit
The 1/4 DIN form factor (96 x 96mm panel cutout per IEC 61554) slides into a standard panel punch — no adapter frame needed for retrofit into existing 1/4 DIN cutouts. Depth behind the panel is compact enough that it clears the backplane wiring duct in a 200mm-deep enclosure; the screw-terminal block on the rear accepts solid or stranded signal and power wiring.
