Self-tuning for process loops
The PXF9ACE2-MV1A1: The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters during startup, so the controller converges on stable loop control without manual gain scheduling — useful when the thermal load or process dynamics shift between product changeovers. A 50 ms sampling period means the controller can respond to fast thermal events (e.g., injection-mold nozzle temperature or thin-film extrusion) without the phase lag that a 200 ms or 500 ms update would introduce into the closed loop.
Panel fit and sourcing
The 1/4 DIN (96 x 96 mm) cutout is standard across the panel-building industry — the controller slides into the same panel opening as other Fuji PXF-series units and most competitive 1/4 DIN controllers, so a panel redesign is not needed when swapping in this model.
