Self-tuning 1/4 DIN controller with 50 ms sampling
The PXF9ACP2-FBCA1 is a Fuji Electric compact temperature and process controller in the 1/4 DIN form factor (96 x 96 mm panel cutout). Its self-tuning algorithm automatically sets PID parameters during initial heat-up, which saves loop-tuning time on ovens, extruders, and packaging lines where the thermal load is stable. The 50 ms sampling speed means the controller updates its control output every 50 ms — fast enough to catch temperature excursions in injection molding or reflow processes without missing a cycle. For slower thermal systems like environmental chambers, the sampling rate still provides headroom for derivative action.
