The PXF9ACP2-JBCA1 samples the process variable every 50 ms — fast enough to catch thermal transients in injection molding barrels or reflow ovens without aliasing. The self-tuning algorithm maps the process response curve on startup and sets PID terms automatically, so you skip the manual Ziegler-Nichols iteration. For a loop that drifts with load changes (batch reactors, extruders), the adaptive function re-tunes on the fly.
Panel fit — 1/4 DIN footprint
Standard 96 x 96 mm cutout — drops into any existing 1/4 DIN panel opening without adapter plates. The depth clears most enclosure back panels; no special DIN-rail bracket required for the panel mount.
