Sampling speed and form factor — the loop-fit constraints
The PXF9ACP2-MBCA1: The 50ms sampling speed sets the minimum update interval for the PID loop — fast enough for most thermal processes (extrusion barrel zones, reflow ovens, packaging seal bars) but not for sub-cycle power control on a 60 Hz line. If your process needs to catch a 10 ms transient, this controller undersamples it. The 1/4 DIN (96 x 96mm) cutout is the standard panel-mount footprint for this class. The bezel fills a 92 x 92 mm panel hole per DIN 43700. No adapter plate needed for a standard 1/4 DIN slot.

Sourced to order against the BOM quantity through independent distribution. Fuji Electric typically provides a declaration of conformity for CE/UKCA and a material declaration for RoHS/REACH with the shipment. Request these at RFQ if your quality system requires them on file before the controller lands on the panel.
