Self-tuning loop in a 96 mm square
The PXF9ACP2-MVVA1: That 50 ms sampling speed catches fast thermal transients in processes like injection-mold barrel zones or small reflow ovens, where a slower loop would overshoot the setpoint before the PID reacts. The self-tuning algorithm automatically sets PID parameters on the first heat-up, saving the panel builder the commissioning time of manual Ziegler-Nichols tuning. The 1/4 DIN cutout (92 x 92 mm panel hole) is the standard North American and Asian panel-mount footprint, so it drops into an existing cutout without rework.
