Controller Overview
The PXF9ACR2-FBCA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric's PXF9 series, with a 50ms sampling speed. The 50ms sampling rate means it updates its control output every 50 milliseconds, which is fast enough for most thermal processes like plastic extrusion, packaging seal bars, or oven zones — not fast enough for high-speed motion or pressure transients, but that's not its job.

Panel Integration
