50 ms sampling — what it means on a fast line
The PXF9APA2-JBMA1 samples every 50 ms — that's 20 updates per second. For a temperature loop on a plastic extruder or a packaging heat-seal bar, that rate catches overshoot before the process drifts out of spec. Slower controllers (100–200 ms) let the PV lag behind the setpoint on fast ramps; this one keeps the PID loop tight.
