The Fuji Electric PXF9APC2-FBMA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN temperature and process controller that samples the input every 50 milliseconds — that's twenty readings a second. For a plastic extruder barrel or a heat-seal station, that speed catches temperature swings before they overshoot the setpoint. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID gains on the fly, so you don't have to babysit it through a manual autotune cycle every time the load changes.
Panel fit: 1/4 DIN footprint
The 96 x 96mm faceplate drops into a standard 1/4 DIN panel cutout — the same footprint as every other quarter-DIN controller out there. If you're swapping out an older unit, the hole size stays the same. Depth behind the panel is tight in some enclosures, so check the clearance before you commit the BOM line.
