What it is and what it does
The PXF9APP2-0BCA1 is a self-tuning 1/4 DIN (96 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric. It samples at 50ms, which means it updates the control output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for thermal loops on injection molding barrels, extrusion zones, or packaging seal bars where overshoot drives scrap.
