Sampling speed and thermal profile control
The PXF9APP2-0BMA1 samples at 50 ms — fast enough to catch thermal transients in a glass-melt or furnace zone before they propagate into the batch. For a 1/4 DIN panel-mount controller, that loop speed is what lets the self-tuning algorithm hold the setpoint through a ramp-and-soak profile without overshoot. The 50 ms update rate applies to both temperature and process inputs, meaning the same controller handles a thermocouple or a 4-20 mA transmitter at the same cycle speed.
Available through independent distribution channels; quantities are quoted to order against the BOM. For a line-down spare or a new panel build, the lead time and volume pricing are confirmed at RFQ time.
