Panel cutout and sampling speed
The PXF9APP2-JBMA1 fits a standard 1/4 DIN panel cutout (96 x 96 mm), the most common form factor for process controllers — it drops into the same hole as older Fuji PXF series or any 1/4 DIN unit, so no panel rework if swapping from another brand. 50 ms sampling speed means the controller reads the input and updates the output every 50 milliseconds — fast enough for thermal loops in injection molding or packaging seal bars, where a 100 ms update would let the temperature overshoot past the process window.
Self-tuning and active lifecycle
Self-tuning algorithm auto-calculates PID gains on startup — it ramps the process, measures the response, and sets P, I, and D values without the operator running a manual step-test. Useful when the same controller is swapped between ovens with different thermal masses.
