Self-tuning 1/4 DIN controller with 50ms loop speed
The PXF9APR2-MBMA1 is a Fuji Electric 1/4 DIN (96 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller. Its self-tuning algorithm automatically adjusts PID parameters during the first heat-up cycle, saving the commissioning engineer from manual loop tuning on most thermal processes. Sampling speed is 50ms — fast enough for injection molding barrel zones, packaging seal bars, and other processes where a standard 100ms or 250ms controller would overshoot on rapid setpoint changes.
