What this controller does
The Fuji Electric PXR3-AAY2-5B0A1 is a 1/32 DIN panel-mount temperature and process controller that runs self-tuning PID logic and stores up to 16 ramp/soak segments for recipe-based thermal profiles.
The 1/32 DIN form factor (48 x 24 mm panel cutout) fits standard panel cutouts for compact temperature control — sized for single-zone ovens, packaging heat-seal bars, or small autoclaves where panel space is tight. Self-tuning PID means the controller auto-calculates P, I, and D coefficients during the first heat-up cycle, so an integrator can commission a zone without manually entering tuning parameters. Sixteen ramp/soak segments allow the controller to follow a multi-step thermal profile — useful for soldering reflow, curing cycles, or annealing processes that require controlled heat-up, soak, and cool-down ramps.
