The Fuji Electric PXR3-AAY2-5BRA1 is a 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller that self-tunes and supports up to 16 ramp/soak segments for batch profiling.
The 1/32 DIN form factor fits a standard panel cutout of 48 x 24 mm — the smallest common controller footprint, sized for tight enclosure real estate where every millimeter counts. Self-tuning means the PID loop auto-adjusts to the thermal load on startup, so commissioning a new oven or autoclave zone doesn't require manual gain tuning. Sixteen ramp/soak segments let the controller execute a multi-step thermal profile (heat, hold, cool, repeat) without an external PLC sequencing the setpoint. That covers reflow ovens, environmental chambers, and heat-treat cycles.
