What This Controller Does
The PXR3-ACY2-5BRA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp / soak segments. That ramp/soak capability means it can execute multi-step thermal profiles — heat up, hold, cool down — without external sequencing logic, which is useful for curing ovens, reflow stations, or environmental chambers where the process follows a programmed temperature curve.
1/32 DIN panel cutout (approx. 22.5 x 45 mm) — fits the standard DIN-rail-mounted enclosure cutout used across control panels. Self-tuning algorithm simplifies commissioning: set the target temperature and let the controller learn the process dynamics rather than manually tuning PID gains. The 16 ramp/soak segments cover multi-step profiles typical of batch processes.
