PXR3-BAY2-5VVA1 — 1/32 DIN controller with RS485 and alarm
It accepts a 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC input signal and drives a relay contact output (SPST) for heating or cooling control. A high/low alarm output (1 point) is onboard, plus RS485 communications and a digital input for remote setpoint switching or run/hold. Power supply is standard 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz.
The 4-20mA / 1-5V input covers the two most common analog process signals — loop-powered transmitters (pressure, flow, level) and voltage-output sensors. The SPST relay output switches resistive loads up to the controller's rated contact capacity; it is sized for driving a contactor coil or a small heater SSR, not a motor directly. The RS485 port enables Modbus RTU communication with a PLC or SCADA host, and the digital input gives a hardwired remote function without needing a separate I/O module. Programming uses North American code conventions, which means the parameter structure follows the familiar Fuji PXR layout for US-market integrators.
Integration notes
The 1/32 DIN cutout (22.2 x 45 mm per standard) fits a tight panel row — common in multi-zone temperature cabinets where every millimeter counts. The relay output is SPST, so verify whether your load requires normally-open or normally-closed logic; the PXR series allows configurable action. RS485 wiring is two-wire half-duplex; terminate the bus at both ends if more than one controller is on the line. The digital input can be wired to a selector switch or PLC dry contact for remote setpoint change without touching the front panel.
