The Fuji Electric PXR3-NCY2-5VTA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller that carries 16 ramp / soak segments for programmed thermal profiling.
The 1/32 DIN form factor fits a compact panel cutout — 48 mm × 24 mm — making it suitable for retrofit into tight enclosures where space is at a premium. Self-tuning PID eliminates manual loop tuning on most thermal processes: the controller auto-calculates P, I, and D coefficients during the first heat-up, then locks them in. For processes with long time constants (ovens, extruder barrels), this cuts commissioning time versus a fixed-parameter controller.
