The Fuji Electric PXR3-NEC2-4VTA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp / soak segments. This form factor fits a compact panel cutout, leaving DIN rail space for power supplies and relays alongside it.
The 16 ramp / soak segments allow programming of multi-step thermal profiles — useful for curing, annealing, or sterilization cycles where the process must follow a timed temperature curve rather than hold a single setpoint. The self-tuning feature reduces commissioning time by automatically calculating PID parameters during the first run. As a 1/32 DIN controller, it occupies a 48 x 25 mm panel cutout. This is the smallest standard DIN size, so it fits where panel frontage is tight, but the terminal block is correspondingly compact — verify wire gauge against the connector rating before panel build-out.
