The PXR3-RCY2-5B0A1: Self-tuning means the controller automatically calculates PID parameters during initial heat-up, eliminating manual tuning guesswork on ovens, furnaces, or packaging seal bars. The 16 ramp/soak segments let you program a multi-step thermal profile — for example, a preheat ramp, a soak dwell, and a controlled cool-down — without an external programmer or PLC sequencer. For a 1/32 DIN package, that's a lot of sequence logic packed into a panel cutout that's roughly 48 x 48 mm.
