What this controller does on your panel
The PXR3-REY2-4V0A1 is a 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller from the PXR series, sized for a 24x48mm panel cutout. It accepts a thermocouple input scaled in °F and drives a current output to the final control element. The controller includes 16 ramp/soak segments for profile-based heat-treat or batch processes, and its self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters on the fly. Programming follows North American Code conventions, so the parameter map matches what US-based integrators expect. Power supply is standard 100-240V AC, 50/60Hz. No alarm output on this variant.
The 1/32 DIN form factor (24x48mm panel cutout) is the smallest standard controller size — it fits tight panels where every millimeter counts, but the display and terminal access are correspondingly compact. If your panel has room, a 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) sibling gives a larger readout and more terminal spacing for the same input/output options. Current output (versus relay or SSR-drive) means this controller drives analog-actuated valves or SCR power controllers directly, without an external signal conditioner. If your load is a contactor or solid-state relay with DC input, you would need the relay-output variant instead. Thermocouple input in °F is fixed — no RTD or linear process signal on this order code.
