What this controller does
The Fuji Electric PXR3-REY2-5V0A1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp/soak segments. The self-tuning algorithm adjusts PID parameters automatically during the first heat cycle, which saves commissioning time on thermal processes like extrusion barrels, ovens, or packaging seal bars. Sixteen ramp/soak segments let you profile a multi-step thermal cycle — preheat, soak, ramp to setpoint, hold, cool — without an external programmer.
The 1/32 DIN form factor (48 x 24 mm panel cutout) fits standard DIN-rail or panel-mount enclosures — common in control cabinets for packaging, food processing, and plastics machinery. Ramp/soak profiles are programmed directly from the front panel; no software tool is required for basic setup.
