What this controller does
The PXR3-TAY2-4BTA1 is an advanced self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller that handles up to 16 ramp / soak segments — enough for multi-step thermal profiles like curing ovens or batch reactors where you need controlled heat-up, hold, and cool-down phases without manual intervention.
At 1/32 DIN the panel cutout is 22.5 mm × 45 mm — tight for a multi-segment controller, so plan the gland plate and wiring duct accordingly. The self-tuning algorithm means you can skip manual PID tuning on most thermal loads, but verify the sensor input type matches your thermocouple or RTD before wiring.
