The PXR3-TAY2-4VMA1 is a 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller from Fuji Electric's PXR3 series, carrying self-tuning PID and 16 ramp/soak segments for multi-step thermal profiles. That 1/32 DIN footprint — roughly 24 mm × 48 mm — fits a cutout that leaves room for a second controller or signal isolator in a standard panel layout; the self-tuning loop is what holds a zone at setpoint without an operator tweaking P, I, and D terms manually. For a process that needs a controlled heat-up, a soak dwell, then a cool-down ramp, the 16 segments cover a full recipe cycle without an external programmer.
The 1/32 DIN case (about 1/32 of the standard 96 × 96 mm panel cutout) means it occupies a single slot in a multi-controller panel — useful when you need three or four zones in a compact enclosure.
