Controller fit and function
The Fuji Electric PXR3-TCY2-4VMA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp/soak segments. The self-tuning algorithm automatically sets PID parameters during the first heat-up cycle, which saves commissioning time on ovens, furnaces, packaging seal bars, and plastic extruder barrel zones. The 1/32 DIN form factor (48 x 24 mm panel cutout) fits tight panel layouts where every millimeter of DIN rail or cutout space is allocated.
