The Fuji Electric PXR3-TEY2-4BTA1 is an advanced, self-tuning 1/32 DIN temperature and process controller with 16 ramp / soak segments. The self-tuning function automatically calculates PID parameters during the first heat-up cycle, reducing commissioning time on ovens, furnaces, packaging machines, or any thermal process where the load dynamics are not fully characterized at design stage. The 16 ramp/soak segments allow multi-step thermal profiles — useful for curing, annealing, or soldering processes that require a defined temperature trajectory rather than a single setpoint hold.
